3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted) or avocado oil
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 scoop (30 g) chocolate whey protein powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar sweetener (not included in carb calculation)
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Lightly spray a microwave-safe ramekin or mug with avocado oil spray.
If using butter, melt in the microwave for 20–25 seconds.
Let cool slightly so it does not cook the egg.
Add to a mini blender in this order:
Egg
Melted butter or avocado oil
Chocolate protein powder
Cocoa powder
Brown sugar sweetener
Baking powder
Blend 10–15 seconds until completely smooth.
Batter should be thick but pourable.
