For a moist, cake-like blondie:
- Add the milk or heavy cream.
- Do not cover.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and allow the blondie to cool completely.

- Combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled blondie.

- Remove the blondie from the dish and cut into 4 squares.
- Place each blondie into a paper cupcake liner.

- Leave the blondie in the glass dish.
