Sinless Sourdough Membership:
To join Sinless Sourdough you can choose either a monthly or annual membership. Both memberships are in US dollars. The first month of both plans is $23 which includes the dehydrated starter with handling and shipping sent to your home plus access to the membership and first month.
- The monthly membership (after the first month) is $9.99 usd with automatic renewal. The total comes to $139.89 usd.
- The annual membership offers a 30% discount and is $113.00 usd with automatic renewal.
Shipping and Returns of Sourdough Starter:
Shipping times vary depending on your (country, state or province). Shipments are sent from The Canada Post Office through regular mail. Standard shipping usually takes up to 7 business days. Shipments may take longer if held at customs.
Right now we only ship within North America.
Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If you need to update your address before the order is shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. Email sinlesssourdough@gmail.com and in the subject line state that your address needs to be updated.
There is no return on the dehydrated sourdough (includes handling, shipping).
You can cancel your membership at any time. The first month of both the monthly and annual memberships is priced at $23 USD, which includes a complimentary sourdough starter shipped to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the first month of membership. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins. If you cancel within your first month, you will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. To avoid any future charges, please be sure to cancel before your next billing date.
For annual memberships, if you cancel before the end of the year, your refund will be prorated, minus the $23 for the first month.
Memberships on our Sinless Sourdough site are non-transferable, meaning you cannot transfer or share your membership nor membership login information with others once you’ve gained access to the content. This policy helps protect our copyrighted materials, ensures the integrity of our intellectual properties and pricing structure, and maintains a secure and personalized experience for all members.
Account Registration and Login Issues:
From the website’s home page (sinlesssourdough.com), scroll down to the “JOIN NOW” purple button. Click the button. The button will take you to the Membership Plan page where you can choose either a monthly or annual membership. Be sure to read the details.
- Click on the “Buy Now” purple button to choose the membership of your choice. This button will take you to the Membership Information page which tells you what is included in your membership.
- Fill out the Account and Payment information. Scroll to the blue link called Copyright Notice and Terms of Use Agreement. Click that button and read the agreement. If you are aligned with this agreement click that box.
- Read the statement below this box regarding Celiac disease. Click the blue button called Celiac Disease and read about this disease.
- If you are aligned with both statements click the boxes to move to the check out page. On the check out page fill out your payment details information and click the “Buy Now” button.
At the top of the website home page click Membership Login. On the membership login page click the button that says “Lost Password” and follow the directions. You will be sent an email with a password reset link.
Login in as a member and go to the top menu and click Membership Account. You can change your details on this page. Don’t forget to click “Save” after making any changes.
