AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

I am Sinless Sourdough™ (“Company,” “I,” “me,” “my”), a company registered in Canada.

I operate the website https://sinlesssourdough.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of my employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with me or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Protection and Enforcement

Sinless Sourdough™ is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights of all Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, recipes, baking methods, dehydrated starter recipes and methods, everything in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Legal Framework

My Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and around the world.

Worldwide Protection

Sinless Sourdough™ actively seeks intellectual property protection in all countries where it operates or where its products are sold. This includes registering trademarks, patents, and copyrights to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws.

Trademark Specification

The “Sinless Sourdough™” brand name and logo are protected trademarks. All rights are reserved worldwide. Unauthorized use of these trademarks will result in enforcement actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Types of Protection

Patents protect new inventions; trademarks protect trade symbols; copyrights protect original works; industrial designs protect artistic designs; and trade secrets are protected under common law. Specific trade secrets include unique fermentation techniques, microbial strain compositions, and proprietary culture formulations.

Sinless Sourdough™ employs several protected proprietary technologies, including but not limited to:

The “Ancient-to-Modern Transformation Process™” – My exclusive method for adapting traditional sourdough cultures for specialized dietary needs.

“LactoBalance Culture Integration™” – My unique process for combining specific strains of beneficial microorganisms with alternative ingredients.

“CarboMimetic Formulation™” – My proprietary recipe development system that creates authentic sourdough characteristics without traditional carbohydrate loads.

“Gluten-Free Adaptation Process™” – My innovative approach to crafting low carb gluten-free sourdough using alternative flours and fermentation techniques.

“GutHarmony Synthesis™” – My proprietary method for integrating gut-friendly bacterial strains with traditional sourdough cultures to enhance digestive benefits while maintaining low-carb characteristics.

“Ancient Revival Conversion™” – My proprietary technology for transforming ancient dehydrated starters, ranging from 150 to 4500 years old and sourced globally, into low-carb sourdough starters suitable for modern dietary needs.

These processes and technologies are protected as trade secrets and/or through pending intellectual property applications. Any unauthorized use, replication, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Microbial Culture Protection

The specific microbial compositions within Sinless Sourdough™ cultures represent unique combinations developed through extensive research. These include proprietary ratios of lactobacillus strains, wild yeasts, and other microorganisms adapted to thrive in low-carbohydrate environments. These microbial formulations are protected as trade secrets, and unauthorized attempts to analyze, replicate, or redistribute them are strictly prohibited.

Digital Rights Protection

All digital products, including e-cookbooks and mobile applications, are protected against unauthorized duplication or distribution. I employ various technical protection measures including digital watermarking, IP tracking, access controls, and monitoring technologies to prevent unauthorized copying, screen recording, or redistribution of my digital content.

Geographic Coverage

These protections are applicable worldwide, with specific provisions for enforcement in jurisdictions where the Company operates.

Enforcement

I will take immediate legal action against any unauthorized use of my intellectual property. Violators may face lawsuits for infringement and could be subject to penalties, including financial damages and legal fees.

Legal action for damages including but not limited to lost profits and market value
Statutory damages of up to $150,000 per willful copyright infringement
Injunctive relief prohibiting continued use of my intellectual property
Recovery of attorney’s fees and legal costs associated with enforcement
Criminal prosecution where applicable under relevant laws

Jurisdictional Considerations

These Legal Terms are intended to comply with the laws and regulations of various jurisdictions, including but not limited to Canada, the United States (including specific consideration of California consumer protection laws), Mexico, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and any other country where Sinless Sourdough™ products or services are accessed or utilized. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms may vary based on local laws. The Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in each relevant jurisdiction. Where any term is deemed unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Legal Terms in that jurisdiction without affecting the enforceability of the remaining terms. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Legal Terms, or the use of Sinless Sourdough™’s products or services, shall be governed by the laws of Canada, regardless of your country of origin or where you access the Services. By using the Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, for any legal action or proceeding relating to these Legal Terms or the Services.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSING

If you wish to use any of my recipes, methods, or other intellectual property for commercial purposes, you must obtain written permission from Sinless Sourdough™.

Commercial License Tiers

Commercial licensing options include:

Personal Chef License: For individual chefs preparing foods for clients using Sinless Sourdough™ technologies
Small Bakery License: For bakeries producing up to 500 units per week using my methods
Commercial Bakery License: For larger operations requiring higher production volumes
Retail Product License: For creating packaged products using Sinless Sourdough™ technologies

Patent and Trade Secret Protections

Pending or existing patents for microbiological cultures and processes are strictly enforced. Cultures deposited with the International Depositary Authority are also protected by material transfer agreements.

Material Transfer Agreements

Starter cultures shared with customers are subject to restrictions preventing unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit any content to Sinless Sourdough™ (e.g., photos, videos, or reviews), you grant Sinless Sourdough™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content.

Prohibited User-Generated Content: You may not upload any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, contains offensive material, or is illegal.

NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By accessing my membership materials, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information you receive. You shall not disclose, distribute, or share any proprietary content or methods, including but not limited to recipes, starter techniques, and other unique methods, with third parties.

This confidentiality agreement remains in effect both during and after the term of your membership.

Violation of this confidentiality clause may result in termination of your membership and legal action.

Enforcement Details:

Violations of this NDA and confidentiality agreement will be thoroughly investigated. This includes monitoring online forums and communities, tracking digital distribution, and employing forensic analysis to determine the source of any unauthorized disclosures. Evidence of unauthorized sharing, distribution, or commercial exploitation of proprietary methods will result in immediate legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages.

TERMS OF USE AND RESTRICTIONS

You are granted a non-transferable, personal use license to access the Services and utilize the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You cannot redistribute or share any of the materials, including recipes, methods, or videos, with others.

You cannot:

Share, loan, or give away any part of the Sinless Sourdough™ recipes or technology.
Sell, license, or distribute the content in any form.
Create derivative products or content based on Sinless Sourdough™’s intellectual property.
Use the content for commercial purposes without a commercial license.

By purchasing or accessing Sinless Sourdough™, you acknowledge these restrictions and agree to abide by them.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

Sinless Sourdough™ offers a one-time membership fee that is included in the price of the Starter + Membership Package. This package specifically includes the “1849 San Francisco Gold Rush” starter culture and cannot be substituted with another starter. The membership provides lifetime access to related educational materials and resources as long as the Services remain operational.

DIGITAL CONTENT UPDATES

All membership content, including recipes, techniques, and educational materials, may be updated periodically. Any updates, improvements, or additions to digital content are automatically covered under these same Terms and Conditions. Your one-time membership fee includes access to these updates for as long as the Services remain operational.

PAID MEMBERSHIP FEE

Sinless Sourdough™ currently offers a one-time payment option for access to the membership. As this is a limited-time launch structure, the membership fee and access terms are subject to change. By purchasing the Sinless Sourdough™ starter and accessing the related membership materials, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * **Current One-Time Fee:** Currently, there is a one-time fee for purchasing the Sinless Sourdough™ starter and accessing the related membership content. This structure is subject to change at the Company’s discretion. * **Future Membership Options:** In the future, the membership fee may be offered separately from the starter purchase and/or may transition into a yearly subscription model. * **No Refunds:** Due to the nature of the product (the Sinless Sourdough™ starter) and the immediate access to digital content, there are no refunds after purchase. * **Access to Materials:** Under the current one-time payment structure, access to membership materials is granted for as long as the website and services remain operational. The duration and terms of access may vary should a subscription model be implemented in the future, subject to notification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinless Sourdough™ is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of my recipes or services. I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise.

The limitations of liability outlined in this section are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in each jurisdiction where the Services are offered. LOCAL LAWS COMPLIANCE

This includes but is not limited to cottage food laws, health department regulations, allergen labeling requirements, and business licensing obligations. Sinless Sourdough™ assumes no responsibility for users’ compliance with such regulations.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinless Sourdough™, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Jurisdictional Alignment:

This indemnification clause is intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the jurisdiction where any claim is brought. By clicking the box and purchasing the Starter or Starter + Membership, you agree to the following Non-Disclosure Agreement:

Confidentiality

As a member, you will have access to proprietary information and methods, including but not limited to recipes, starter techniques, and unique methods related to Sinless Sourdough™. This information is confidential and constitutes trade secrets. Proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, recipes, fermentation methods, membership content, and any other information explicitly marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

Non-Disclosure

You agree not to disclose, distribute, or share any proprietary content or methods with any third party, including but not limited to sharing on public forums, providing access to non-members, or using the information for commercial purposes without a valid license. Using proprietary techniques, methods, or information to develop, market, or sell competing products or services is strictly prohibited without a valid license.

Term

This confidentiality agreement remains in effect both during and for a period of five years after the term of your membership.

Geographic Scope

This Non-Disclosure Agreement applies worldwide.

Governing Law and Venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Member Liability

Members are responsible for safeguarding proprietary information and will be held liable for breaches resulting from their negligence or intentional actions. This includes ensuring that proprietary information is not knowingly or unknowingly made accessible to unauthorized parties.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada under the Arbitration Act of Ontario.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Enforcement

Violations of this Non-Disclosure Agreement will be thoroughly investigated. Evidence of unauthorized sharing, distribution, or commercial exploitation of proprietary methods will result in immediate legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages. In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this agreement, Sinless Sourdough™ reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available under the law.

Can I use Sinless Sourdough™’s recipes for commercial purposes?

No. The recipes and methods are for personal, non-commercial use only. If you wish to use my content commercially, please contact me to discuss licensing.

Can I share Sinless Sourdough™’s content on social media?

You can share content through the social sharing buttons on my website. Please do not alter or edit the photos or recipes, and always give appropriate credit.

Can I reprint a Sinless Sourdough™ recipe?
