6. CONFIDENTIALITY

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, names, logos, materials, and intellectual property associated with Sinless Sourdough™ are owned by Sinless Sourdough™ or its licensors.

8. PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Memberships, where applicable, may be billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
9. REFUNDS
Due to food safety and handling considerations, all physical food products (including starter cultures) are final sale once shipped.
Sinless Sourdough™ cannot be responsible for product handling, storage conditions, environmental exposure, or use after shipment.
Refunds or replacements for physical products are provided only in cases of non-delivery, damage during transit, or where required by applicable law.
Digital content and Master Class access are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
10. MASTER CLASS ACCESS
Master Class access is provided to individuals only.
Sharing login credentials or granting access to others is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services at our discretion if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Termination does not limit our rights to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
12. DISCLAIMER
