After extensive research on various bread machines, I ultimately chose the KBS 17-in-1 Bread Maker, and it has proven to be the perfect companion for baking a variety of Sinless Sourdough breads. The whole wheat program stands out as it allows the bread to remain in the machine for an extended period, maximizing its rise and ensuring thorough baking.

Note, there is a KBS 19 in 1 model that also makes sourdough.  But I do not own this model and therefore cannot endorse it, nor tell you how the sourdough setting works with Sinless Sourdough.
